软化水设备采用离子交换原理，去除水中的钙、镁等结垢离子。当含有硬度离子的原水通过交换器内树脂层时，水中的钙、镁离子便与树脂吸附的 钠离子发生置换，树脂吸附了钙、镁离子而钠离子进入水中，这样从交换器内流出的水就是去掉了硬度的软化水。

The softened water equipment adopts the principle of ion exchange to remove calcium, magnesium and other scaling ions in water. When the raw water containing hardness ions passes through the resin layer in the exchanger, the calcium and magnesium ions in the water will be replaced with the sodium ions adsorbed by the resin. The resin absorbs the calcium and magnesium ions, and the sodium ions enter the water. Thus, the water flowing out of the exchanger is the softened water without hardness.

当树脂吸收一定量的钙镁离子之后，就必须进行再生，再生过程就是用盐箱中的食盐水冲洗树脂层，把树脂上的硬度离子置换出来，随再生废液排出罐外，树脂就又恢复了软化交换功能。

When the resin absorbs a certain amount of calcium and magnesium ions, it must be regenerated. The regeneration process is to wash the resin layer with salt water in the salt tank, and replace the hardness ions on the resin. With the regeneration waste liquid discharged out of the tank, the resin will resume the softening exchange function.

软化水设备中控制阀的安装与树脂填装

Installation of control valve and resin filling in softened water equipment

1、先将软化水设备的下布水器安装在中心管底端，插入到树脂罐中央，在中心管上端低于罐口0.5mm处截断并导角，然后用胶带封住中心管口，以防树脂漏入。

1. First, install the lower water distributor of the softened water equipment at the bottom of the central pipe, insert it into the center of the resin tank, cut off and guide the angle at the upper end of the central pipe 0.5mm lower than the tank mouth, and then seal the central pipe orifice with tape to prevent resin leakage.

2、将石英砂沿中心管周围空隙投入树脂罐，并使之在罐底铺平，石英砂高于下布水器上20mm，按粒径级别分层铺装。

2. The quartz sand is put into the resin tank along the gap around the central pipe and paved at the bottom of the tank. The quartz sand is 20 mm higher than the lower water distributor, and is paved in layers according to the particle size grade.

3、将树脂均匀地装入树脂罐中，装至规定的层高后，再注入10%的食盐溶液，至浸没树脂为止，使树脂膨胀。

3. Put the resin evenly into the resin tank, fill it to the specified layer height, and then inject 10% salt solution until the resin is immersed to expand the resin.

4、树脂装填完后，取下中心管的封口胶带，注意使中心管保持在树脂罐口的中央位置。

4. After filling the resin, take off the sealing tape of the central tube, and keep the central tube in the center of the resin tank mouth.

5、将上布水器安装到控制阀上，中心管从上布水器内插入到控制阀内，小心地沿顺时针方向转动控制阀，直至旋紧在树脂罐接口上。

5. Install the upper distributor onto the control valve, insert the central pipe from the upper distributor into the control valve, and carefully turn the control valve clockwise until it is screwed on the resin tank interface.

6、注意上布水器与控制阀、中心管，下布水器与中心管要严密，中心管与控制阀要严密不能漏水。
