常用污水处理设备运维要点

1)、粗、细格栅除污机

(a)、维护管理

a)定时清除格栅所截栅渣。加强汛期巡视，增加除污次数，保证水流畅通。

A) scavenging grille slags at regular intervals. We should strengthen the inspection in flood season, increase the number of pollutant elimination and ensure the smooth flow of water.

b）格栅除污机工作时，监视设备的运转情况，发现故障应立即停车检修。

B) when the grille decontamination machine works, it monitors the operation of the equipment. If it is discovered, it should stop and repair immediately.

c）格栅前遇到大块杂物及漂浮物，及时清捞，以防损坏除污机部件。

C) grille before meeting the large debris and floating debris, timely clean up, to prevent damage to the decontamination machine parts.

d）每次除污机维护、检修工作完毕后及时清理格栅机内外卫生，保持干净。

D) clean up the internal and external sanitation of the grate machine in time and clean after every maintenance and repair work of the decontamination machine is completed.

a) 除污机、螺旋输送机、压渣机保养、检修后，检查设备是否具备开机条件。

A) after checking and maintaining the decontamination machine, screw conveyor and slag press, check whether the equipment has the boot condition.
