纯净水设备出水率低时应该怎么办?

最近有客户反映纯净水设备在使用一段时间后会出现出水率低的问题,今天迪奥环保小编就对这一问题来给大家详细解答:一般情况下,纯净水设备出现出水率低压力高的现象主要是因为仪器仪表读数误差、温度、进水电导、掺水侧压力、压差、膜元件通量衰减、膜元件污染、保养不及时等原因导致。

纯净水设备的压力表、流量计在使用前没有进行校正,导致读数不准确。压力表的安装位置距离压力容器两端较远,其读数中含有管路的压力损失,但是被做为进水压力时则会导致进水压力偏低,从而导致产水量偏低。
The pressure gauge and flowmeter of the purified water equipment were not corrected before using, resulting in inaccurate reading. The mounting position of the pressure gauge is far from the two ends of the pressure vessel, and the pressure loss of the pipe is contained in the reading number, but when the inlet pressure is used as the inlet pressure, the pressure of the water inlet will be low, which leads to the low water production.
当进水温度比初始设计时要低时,反渗透设备进水温度每降低3℃,就会导致产水量降低约10%。当进水电导比设计值高很多时,对于氯化钠溶液每增加1000ppm,则会导致渗透压增加约11.4psi,在相同进水压力下,反渗透设备的产水量就会降低。在相同的进水压力下,由于产水侧设置憋压或者是产水管路偏小、输送点高远,因此造成阻力较大,导致净压力减少,产水量降低。
When the inlet temperature is lower than the initial design, the reduction of water temperature by 3 C will result in a 10% reduction in the water yield. When the inlet conductance is much higher than the design value, the osmotic pressure is increased by about 11.4psi for each increase of the Sodium Chloride Solution 1000ppm, and the water yield of the reverse osmosis equipment will be reduced under the same influent pressure. Under the same inlet pressure, due to the pressure of water side setting, the water line is small and the transportation point is high, so the resistance is larger, which leads to the decrease of net pressure and the decrease of water production.
正常情况下,对于六芯状8040膜元件,两端压差约为3~4bar。若是管路的设计不合理则会导致压力有较大的损失或者是二段浓水排放阀不能完全关闭,这些都将导致反渗透设备的净压力减少,产水量降低。

若湿膜元件保存不到位或者是湿膜元件装入系统后未采取保护措施,使得膜元件变干,从而导致通量会大幅度衰减或者是无通量,从而导致反渗透设备系统的产水量降低。反渗透膜元件的运行需要较好的给水,在给水进入反渗透膜元件之前要经过石英砂、活性炭、软化器等前端处理,如果水质太差,就会很容易造成膜元件结垢或者是污染甚至破损。导致纯净水设备产水量低,压力高的主要原因便是膜结垢。

If the water quality is too poor, it will easily cause fouling or pollution or even breakage of membrane elements. The main reason leading to low water yield and high pressure of pure water equipment is membrane fouling.
在使用纯净水设备一段时间后,未进行相应的日常维护操作,使得石英砂、活性炭、软化器前端过滤器保养不到位,保安过滤器滤芯更换不及时,或者是不进行更换时,就会使得过滤性能下降,从而导致出水率降低。
