软化水设备，顾名思义即降低水硬度的设备，主要除祛水中的钙、镁离子，软化水设备在软化水的过程中，不能降低水中的总含盐量，可以用于空调等系统的补给水的软化以及生活用水的处理等。全自动钠离子交换器采用离子交换原理，去除水中的钙、镁等结垢离子。当含有硬度离子的原水通过交换器内树脂层时，水中的钙、镁离子便与树脂吸附的 钠离子发生置换，树脂吸附了钙、镁离子而钠离子进入水中，这样从交换器内流出的水就是去掉了硬度的软化水。
