Pretreatment system
作为纯净水生产的依托是非常重要的。所以要生产纯净水一定是要选择原水水质比较好的地方。如山泉、深井等。在这里牵扯到一个非常重要的指数就是“电导率”，一般而言电导率越低，水越纯净。水处理工艺都是采用的反渗透系统，经过处理后的水一般能达到90%——99%的脱盐率；下面我介绍一下这个系统的组成部件。
It is very important to rely on the production of pure water. Therefore, in order to produce pure water, we must choose the place where the quality of raw water is better. Such as mountain springs, deep wells, etc. A very important index involved here is "conductivity". Generally speaking, the lower the conductivity, the more pure the water is. The reverse osmosis system is used in water treatment process. After treatment, the desalination rate of water can generally reach 90%-99%. Next, I will introduce the components of this system.
1、原水泵
1. Raw water pump
原水泵是为原水预处理系统提供原水压力的作用。如果原水有压力就完全可以不用这个设备。一般要求原水压力>=0.3MPa
Raw water pump is the function of supplying raw water pressure for raw water pretreatment system. If the raw water is under pressure, the equipment can be completely eliminated. General requirement raw water pressure >= 0.3MPa
2、原水箱
2. Raw water tank
原水箱的作用更简单，是储存原水用的。这是怕原水万一供不上作一个中转（通常添加浮球开关是整个系统自动化程度更高）。
The function of raw water tank is simpler, and it is used for storing raw water. This is in case raw water is not available for a transfer (usually adding a float switch makes the whole system more automated).
3、石英砂过滤器
3. Quartz Sand Filter
采用石英砂滤料以除去原水中较大颗粒的悬浮物、泥沙、杂质等，降低水的混浊度。而且还可以使水中的有机物质、细菌、病毒等随着浊度的降低而被大量去除，并为滤后消毒创造了良好条件。
Quartz sand filter material is used to remove suspended matter, sediment and impurities of larger particles in raw water and reduce turbidity of water. In addition, organic substances, bacteria and viruses in water can be removed in large quantities with the decrease of turbidity, and good conditions for disinfection after filtration are created.
