反渗透膜是反渗透系统的关键设备，系统长时间连续运行时，水中钙镁等离子会不断析出并在反渗透膜表面附着，形成结垢堵塞膜孔，这样会影响反渗透系统的出水效率，损坏反渗透膜。由于反渗透膜比较昂贵，所以在系统运行中，要增加一段加药系统，水处理设备在水中投加反渗透阻垢剂，延缓钙镁离子的析出和膜面结垢。
