言简意赅地讲,“水处理设备“就是通过各种物理的、化学的手段,去除水中一些对生产、生活不需要的有害的物质,这一类对水做过滤净化处理的设备。由于社会生产、生活与水密切相关,因此,水处理领域涉及的应用范围十分广泛,构成了一个庞大的产业应用。
In short, "water treatment equipment" is a kind of equipment that filters and purifies water by means of various physical and chemical means to remove harmful substances which are not necessary for production and life. RO-反渗透预处理工艺主要为活性炭和精滤。渗透是一种自然现象:水通过半透膜,从低溶质浓度一侧到高溶质浓度一侧,直到溶剂化学位达到平衡。平衡时,膜两侧压力差等于渗透压。这就是渗透效应(Osmosis)现象。反渗透是指如果在高浓度的一边加压,便能把以上提及的渗透效应停止并反转,使水份从高浓度迫往低浓度的一边,把水净化。这种现象称为反渗透(逆渗透),这种半透膜称为逆渗透膜。
RO-RO pretreatment process is mainly activated carbon and fine filtration. Permeation is a natural phenomenon: water passes through a semi-permeable membrane, from the low solute concentration side to the high solute concentration side, until the solvent chemical potential reaches equilibrium. At equilibrium, the pressure difference between the two sides of the membrane is equal to the osmotic pressure. This is Osmosis phenomenon. Reverse osmosis (RO) means that if one side of the high concentration is pressurized, the above mentioned osmosis effect can be stopped and reversed, so that the water is forced from the high concentration to the low concentration side, and the water is purified. This phenomenon is called reverse osmosis (reverse osmosis), and this semi-permeable membrane is called reverse osmosis membrane.
