一个完整的设备档案,是由安装使用说明书、图纸、相关信息资料、产品合格证书、安装调试记录等内容组成的,只有完全具备以上档案,才能够对设备的维护与保养有据可依。这些资料是对设备维护和保养的依据,需要有专人妥善保管,并进行备案管理,不可丢失与损坏。设备运行后的运行情况,也需要由工作人员进行定期记录,设备的开机时间、整体运行情况、故障发生时间、故障状况、解决故障方式等,都要进行文字描述,并进行档案归档。设备的维修保养记录也要有相应的文字记载,对于设备的保养和配件的更换情况,数量、型号等相关内容都要做详细的信息记录,以保证后期维护保养时能了解设备的整体情况。

水处理设备的维护与保养,要求相关人员对设备的机械、电气、自动化控制等部分以及计算机操作部分等都能有所了解,只有对水处理设备的各个部件熟悉并掌握其工作的原理和流程,才能更好地对设备进行操作、维护及管理。我国目前化工厂水处理专业缺乏综合性人才,很多水处理技术人员对水处理设备只是一知半解,并不能熟练掌握设备的操作流程和原理。一旦设备出现故障或需要维护,现有工作人员不能及时进行抢修,也不能有效排查故障。因此加强水处理设备管理人才的培养,在不依靠设备生产厂家的前提下,有效的排查出设备故障,提高设备的维修效率,降低维修成本,才能大大提高水处理系统的处理能力和效果。
